Strategy9 Has Deal
With Bally
Ready for a slots tournament? Well, so is Bally
and Strategy9. The two companies have teamed up together to debut
Bally’s Tournamaker slots tournament system. The two companies have
joined forces to bring players an entirely new way of playing slots
that they are not soon to forget.
The new slots tournament system will be unveiled at this year’s
Global Gaming Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The product
is called the Tournamaker™ and is built on the STMS platform from
Strategy9. Bally’s is already well known for their slots and online
slots, so it should come as no surprise to anyone that they would be
looking for ways to push the envelope.
The way the new technology works is that players will play the
regular Gamemaker® HD™ slots, but they will turn into tournament
slots on demand, but will do so without the help on any slots
technicians. So you can play for a longer period of time, with the
ability to effortlessly and quickly move to slots tournament mode.
Instead of needing several casino employees to run a 200 player
tournament, the casinos need but one or two.
Even the scoring of the slots tournaments has gotten easier. The
slot machines will record the scores instead of a technician. The
machines will handle enrollment, registration, leader board, etc.
all on their own. Employees had better be careful, these games are
so amazing on their own that they might be out of a job.
