Big Bucks in
Advertising
GetMinted.com is planning a huge advertising
campaign over the next few months. The online slots site is planning
on spending somewhere in the neighborhood of $2 million on the
campaign.
The online slots site says that they will be promoting their games
through the use of posters in phone boxes, rail stations, and
outside bingo halls. They are displaying their online slots, bingo
and poker products.
They say that one third of all of their advertising will be on
bingo, and they will be placing them outside of halls that are run
by larger companies such as Mecca and Gala. They are going to
heavily invest in the new Monopoly Reel Estate online slots game
from WagerWorks from end of April to the beginning of May.
They say that with the number of people coming into London by rail
estimated somewhere close to a half of a million people, they find
that placing their advertising for the online slots game there to be
a premium location. They know that this is the best way to hit the
largest possible crowd – and it is a nice tie in with the train
stations on the Monopoly game itself.
