Macau is the Place for Online Slots and Poker

If the Costa Rican company CWG Gaming gets what it wants, they will be able to bring online slots to the world of Macau. The company, CWC or “Chicks with Cards,” is already one of the largest distributors of online slots for online gambling sites across the world. They now are in talks with a slots manufacturer that already has ties to Macau.

The slots company already supplies the Macau casinos and is not looking to bring in actual dealers to run card games online. Games like video poker, etc. would make a killing. This changes the online slots and gambling makeup as instead of relying on computers they would have some “Live Dealers” there as well.

Internet dealers brought in approximately 30% of all online casino revenue in Asia, so it already has a strong presence there. In Europe they only bring in about 15% but that is still stronger than many of the other countries. It seems that the Asian gamers will play the online slots and other games, but they prefer having someone live to talk to.

The general consensus is that they don’t necessarily trust a computer the way that they trust a live person. They don’t have the confidence in the RNG, and prefer a person to run their cards.

With online slots growing by leaps and bounds already in Macau, it seems that anything that would bring in more money for the industry would be embraced and it seems that is exactly what is going on.
