Online Slots
Distributor Looking to Expand
The online slots distributor and reseller Asian
Logic, is looking to move into London, and if approved they would
become the first Asia-based gaming company to do so. They are trying
to raise roughly $110 million so that they can purchase several
online slots operators, as well as a host of other ideas.
They would like to eventually own several online slots companies,
sports betting groups, software developers and set up a gaming
investment fund. The company will have a market value of more than
$250 million if they are successful. They already offer online slots
from Playtech, and distribute slots.
The company is known for their online slots, online poker, and
online casino holdings. They do not get involved in the UIGEA mess
that the United States has going on, instead refraining from
offering US customers the ability to bet on their online slots and
gambling sites. Instead they rely on the majority of their revenue
coming from Asia.
The online slots and gambling company has been around for five years
now, and has already been given a pre-money value of $160 million
from Collins Stewart. Their shares of their senior managers are
locked in for 12 months, which makes them all that much more
financially viable.
The majority of their online slots revenue from this year will come
from their gaming clients like Playtech, Neteller and Betfair, and
will continue to grow as they expand. Experts say that with the
expansion of the Asian market going as it has been, they see huge
increases in revenues from the industry.
