Bodog Targets Latin
Market
Bodog Casino has been in the news a lot recently
because of their problems with patent trolls stealing their domain
names. They are back in the news, however, this time it is for a
positive reason.
The company has put their focus on the Latino online gambling market
and has decided to create some new options and services for their
Spanish speaking customers. They say that they want to eventually
introduce a fully-functioning Spanish language online slots site,
but in the meantime they are starting with Spanish customer support
for those who are already playing their casino.
Calvin Ayre, Bodog’s CEO, said that as they have always prided
themselves on being ahead of the pack in terms of service and
content, they felt that it was time they reached out to the Latino
community. They say that they value the community and are confident
that their customer service personnel will be able to assist them
each and every time they call.
Bodog has been based in Costa Rica for almost ten years now, which
is presumably one of the reasons why they wanted to reach out to the
Spanish speaking community. They say that their plan is to translate
all of their online slots and entertainment sites into Spanish.
