Philippines Gets Slots

Vending Data Corporation is pleased to announce the delivery of 374 slots from Elixir Group Limited. There are two locations in the Philippines that have gotten the slots; they are the Casablanca casino located in Clark and the Premier VIP slots club located in Manila.

These locations are the first two to receive the slots, since the agreement was signed by Vending Data and Elixir. The agreement was signed in June, and many have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the slots. All of the slots are now up and running and producing revenue for all parties involved.

Vending Data will get 20% minimum of the slots revenue daily, and they have 100% of the floor in both casinos. The agreement that was signed between the companies is a “Stock Purchase and Product Participation Agreement” and due to provisions in that agreement, Vending Data will give Elixir 25 million shares of common stock when the first thousand slots are up and running in the Asia-Pacific market.

Elixir is excited about the move as they have been making great strides in bringing slots to Asian markets on behalf of Vending Data. This is the first slots agreement they have gotten for the Philippines, and next they are looking to expand even further.
