Elvis Launches

There was a lot of talk a few months ago about the new Elvis online slots game that many people wanted to try playing. However, the drawback was that the developer of the online slots game, Wagerworks, was not going to be releasing it within the United States. Instead it would be offered overseas.

Many were upset by this turn of events as they felt that if an online slots game was going to be issued that had the King of Rock ‘n Roll attached to it, it had better be issued in the US. They felt it was a disservice to the people of the US not to make it available.

However, the company felt otherwise, and continued to maintain that the online slots game would not be offered to US citizens due to the passing of the UIGEA. But still, the game was not launched.

Some said that they were holding off on the launch of the new online slot game as they were hoping that something would happen within the US government to change the opinion of the legislature and online slots and gambling would now be legal. However, it seems that this is not the truth of the matter.

Some sources say that the reason was simply that it turned out to be harder to get the online slots game to be as similar to the land based one as it could be. They say that they were simply working to make it the best online slots game it could be, and whether or not it was issued in the US had nothing to do with it.

Either way, the game is now available on many online slots site. Wagerworks plans on expanding it more in the future.
