Slot Review:
Trolling For Treasure
The life of a professional treasure hunter is one
fraught with danger, excitement, and riches. It takes a certain
amount if daring and thrill-seeking to plunge to the bottom of the
ocean in search of precious bounty from the wrecks of ships that
might have been lingering on the ocean floor for centuries. Some of
treasure hunter’s finds are sentimental, like the teddy bears that
were found submerged in the hulking wreck of the Titanic. Others,
like the priceless cache of golden coins found with the Atocha, are
discoveries that can make millionaires of those brave and lucky
enough to find them. Trolling for Treasure is an online slot game
dedicated to diving for booty.
This online slot is a five-reel, nine-payline offering by Parlay
Entertainment. Coin values range from five cents to one dollar, with
max coins of ninety (ten coins per payline) making the highest
per-spin wager one of ninety dollars. There is a jackpot of ten
thousand coins, or ten thousand dollars on a maxed-out bet.
The graphics aren’t anything special, which unfortunately tends to
be par for the course with slot machine games from this software
provider. There are golden bars representing sunken treasure, along
with a boat, and fish, an old shoe, and some other
simply-illustrated images on the reels. The treasure chest is wild,
and the anchor wheel is the scatter symbol for this game. The title
image is the bonus icon. Get at least three of these to be taken to
a very appropriately-themed bonus game, in which you must open
underwater treasure chests to reveal your bonus amount!
