Slow Days for
U.S.-Friendly Casinos
The past few days have been slow ones at the
online casinos that are still open to the playership of U.S.
gamblers. Few to no online slots jackpots were hit at these sites,
which is disappointing news for those who follow the jackpot trends.
Cryptologic and Playtech saw some impressive jackpot wins, none of
which benefitted American players. These software companies unrolled
some awesome new promotions for the month that exclude Yanks by
reason of the UIGEA having made internet gambling illegal.
Golden Casino, a prominent online slots and casino gambling site
that currently accepts the patronage of U.S. players, is in the
midst of a massive March madness slot machine tournament that should
promise some big money news in another week and a half. In the
meantime, however, punters will have to just keep playing the slots
in the hope of changing everyone’s luck!
On the plus side of things, a slow couple of days usually means that
a flurry of online slot machine jackpots are coming. It could be
that this weekend will be a huge one for players winning lots of
money on their favorite fruities! An ongoing story that should put a
smile on every punter’s face is the fact that a repeal of the UIGEA
seems imminent at this point. An end to the criminalization of
internet gambling in America would change all the rules, and really
open an innumerable amount of doors to the U.S. gamblers that have
long been disenfranchised by the Bush administration’s protectionist
legislation.
