Slot Review: Fantacy Nuts

This online slot game pretty much drove us nuts, to cop a pun. We hate to be nitpicky, but let’s consider the title of this game for a moment. “Fantacy Nuts”… really? With a “c”? Last time we checked, the first word of that title was properly spelled like this: fantasy. Add in dull gameplay, a piddling jackpot, and wager amounts that are, in our opinion, ludicrous – and we see the makings of a one “$” slot game (based on our own slot ratings chart) a mile away. To say that we were uninspired by the insipid chipmunks of Fantacy Nuts is an understatement – this pokey is one that we cannot really recommend at all.

Fantacy Nuts is a five-reel, twenty-five payline online slot machine game by Top Game. Top Game certainly isn’t going to fight its way up the ranks to seriously compete with Microgaming and Cryptologic at this rate. Coin values start at five cents and range upwards to five dollars. Max coins is twenty-five, for a single coin bet per payline at the highest coin value making the top per-spin wager one of one hundred twenty-five dollars. In our opinion, that’s just too much to risk for a mere three thousand dollar (six hundred coin) jackpot.

Symbols are mostly of different woodland creatures, with poker symbols (letters and numbers) also appearing on the reels. The acorn is the wild symbol for this online slot game, and the mushroom is the scatter symbol. Get at least three scatters to win between seven and twenty-five free spins. There is no retriggering of free spins during the free spin bonus round, which is just lame.
