Slot Review: Flea Market
The term “flea market” is one of
those peculiar American idioms that most people have never stopped
to dissect. Some say that the term originated with the Marché aux
puces, an open-air bazaar in France that was called a “market with
fleas” due to it being outdoors and being filled with mostly junk. A
more palatable explanation is that the sellers and shoppers within
such a place are as busy as fleas, hopping all over the place.
Regardless of why it is named this way, a flea market is a fun place
to visit. You never know what kind of treasures you might find!
Playing the Flea Market online slot machine game is also fun,
because it gives you the chance to win some cash instead of spending
it!
Flea Market is a three-reel, single payline Rival slot game. This
makes it a digital version of a classic slot, which no multiple
paylines to keep up with. Coin values start at five cents and range
upwards to five dollars. Max coins is set at a value of two, which
means that the highest possible per-spin wager is just ten dollars.
The jackpot is a very nice and sturdy ten thousand coins. Assuming
the maximum wager, that’s fifty thousand dollars! In other words,
plenty of money to spend lots of long, lazy Saturdays browsing the
stalls at your favorite flea market!
The graphics of this slot game are a bit random to really contribute
to the theme. The main image is one some clothed, humanoid insects
haggling at a flea market stall. The ring is the wild symbol, which
can stand in for any other images in a winning combination. This is
very much a slot in the “classic slot machine” tradition, so don’t
expect major excitement and stimulation. For what it is, however,
Flea Market is a fun and lucrative pokey.
