The Top 10 Slot
Secrets You Should Know (5 of 8)

American gambling aficionados are apt
to quarrel over the relative merits of Las Vegas versus Atlantic
City until they are blue in the face. The two biggest gambling hubs
in the United States each have several factors working in their

destination for slot machine play. New Jersey law mandates that all
Atlantic City slots have at least an eight-three percent payoff.

percentage – no more, no less. Las Vegas’s Gaming Board has set no
minimum payout percentage. On one hand, this means that you could
end up as one of the poor losers who gets stuck feeding coins into a
one percent slot. On the other, some casinos are harboring machines
with ninety-nine percent payout rates, as enticement to get players
in the door and playing their much more average titles. The experts
would say that you should park yourself at one of these beauties,
nurse your free drink, and spin, spin, spin until you have at least
made up the cost of your trip. That is not even to mention the fact
that we personally consider Las Vegas to be much more fun and full
of beautiful people than the sedate and quaint Atlantic City.
