Slot Review: Major
Moolah
Look, we’ve accepted the fact that the slot games
that could potentially win us the most money are not always the ones
that we would be prefer to be playing, if we had our druthers. Major
Moolah is a great example of this bitter lesson. Let’s be totally
honest with one another – this slot game is very hot right now, but
it is boring as all get-out. The title is a dead giveaway,
committing the inexcusable offense of being formatted: [Adjective][Synonym
for “Money”]. The gameplay of this slot is every bit as generic as
the name implies, although we hate to judge a book by its cover.
Generic, vaguely patriotic symbols? Check. Inoffensive Muzak playing
in the background? Check.
Major Moolah is a three-reel, single-payline online slot machine
title by Rival. Coin values range from one cent to one dollar, with
max coins of three making the highest per-spin wager one of just
three dollars. We do like it when players of all bankrolls are takem
into consideration, so this is a positive point. The jackpot is
progressive. It starts at twenty-five hundred dollars, and is capped
–something we’ve never heard of before, and which strikes us as
stingy- at eighty-nine thousand dollars.
Stars, bars, and icons of the number seven in hues of red, white,
and blue are the paying icons on the reels of this online slot game,
the background of which is covered in gold stars with the
progressive jackpot amount displayed in real time on a banner above.
