Slot Review: King
Kong
Who hasn’t thrilled to the story of King Kong?
This misunderstood, fictional, giant ape has done a lot of damage in
the many films dedicated to his story – tanks and military airplanes
smashed, buildings torn out from the foundations, and cars swatted
like insects. Yet, despite the violence and wreckage he perpetuates,
we still have a find place in our hearts for the huge monkey.
There’s something very human and tender about him, especially when
it comes to his dedication to the beautiful blonde heroine who was
first and most famously portrayed by silent cinema siren Fay Wray
(and by the luminescent Naomi Watts in the latest adaptation of this
classic).
King Kong is a five-reel, twenty-five payline online slot machine
title by Cryptologic. Coin values start at one cent and range up to
twenty dollars, with only one coin allowed in play at a time. The
jackpot is a very impressive and sturdy seventy-five hundred coins,
or fifteen thousand dollars! There is a free practice mode for those
who would like to try this title out before spending their money on
it, but we think that you will be a fan like us.
The reels of this game are fashioned like old-time cinema reels,
which really accentuates the theming. You will see the dashing young
explorer and the beautiful blonde on the reels, along with shackles,
a ship in sail, and dinosaurs (all from the Peter Jackson film
version). A film projector and movie tickets also add to the appeal.
With wild and scatter symbols, plus a bonus game that features King
Kong rampaging the streets, we bet that this slot game will keep you
thoroughly entertained!
