Slot Review: Coconut
Grove
To be perfectly honest, we think that many
three-payline online slots are a perfect snoozefest. There are those
who are fond of the old-fashioned look and feel of classic slots,
and like the simplicity associated with these titles. We prefer the
flash, excitement, and experience of games with higher-order
paylines. To our pleasant surprise, however, Cash Caper exceeded our
expectations. This slot game is based on a bank heist, and offers a
unique aspect that we have not seen in any other game we’ve reviewed
– matching up two halves of an icon on the reels for a payout!
Cash Caper is a five-reel, three-payline online slot machine from
Cryptologic. Coin values are fixed at either one quarter
(twenty-five cents) or one dollar. Max coins is three, so three
dollars per spin is the highest possible wager for this game. The
jackpot is either two hundred eighty or forty-eight dollars,
depending on which coin value you choose to play. Don’t let the
small jackpot size deter you – this game pays out OFTEN, and playing
it is so much fun that we don’t think you’ll mind!
The three-dimensional, strongly-rendered background of this game
features a bank robber, a huge safe, and a security guard. Halves of
quarters, dollar bills of varying denominations, and sacks of loot
run down the reels. When the reels stop, you win the amount of money
corresponding with any denominations that you have matched up! (The
sacks of loot are the jackpot symbols!) There are plenty of free
spins to be had, as well as a wacky and potentially lucrative bonus
game. We think you’ll have plenty of zany fun on this Cash Caper!
