Slot Review: Double
O’Cash
Those who like their martinis shaken, not stirred
and understand the significance of such monikers as Pussy Galore and
Christmas Jones are undoubtedly familiar with James Bond, the
quintessential spy, lover, and gentleman who was created by Sir Ian
Fleming and whose exploits first appeared, appropriately, between
the pages of Playboy magazine. Double O’Cash is a tribute to the man
who goes by the code name “007,” and exploits the renewed popularity
of the character in the past ten years in such remakes as Goldeneye
and Casino Royale. Whether your Bond of choice is the classic and
rugged Sean Connery, the debonair Pierce Brosnan, or the tough (and
blonde!) Daniel Craig, we bet that you will enjoy this well-designed
and slick online slot game by Microgaming.
Double O’Cash is a five-reel, twenty-five payline online slot game
title. Coin values range from one penny to fifty cents, with max
coins of two hundred making the top wager a very cool one hundred
dollars per spin. (We somehow think that Bond would approve!) The
jackpot of ten thousand coins is small, but pays out often.
The reels are set on a tropical background with a craggy cliff in
the foreground. On the reels, you will see a martini glass and
shaker, a watch, a flaming gun, and plenty of gorgeous young women
in figure-conscious attire – all the essentials for your very own
spy thriller. There are wild, scatter, and bonus symbols, as well as
a bonus round in which you have to navigate your car through land
mines.
