Will Hill Hires New
PR Firm
Word broke recently that top British land and
online slot machine and casino gambling firm William Hill had hired
a new advertising industry to help promote it. The world of land and
online slots and casino gambling industry is one of tight
competition, and Will Hill clearly wants to maintain its edge over
other sites. BJL of Manchester has been retained to come up with a
new television ad campaign for the casino, one that will hopefully
attract new gamblers to the casino in spite of the economic downturn
being felt across the industry.
There is no doubt that BJL is up to the considerable task of
representing one of the industry’s top performers! BJL already
employs no less than seventy-five staff members, and is expected to
add more jobs as it expands its digital and public relations
divisions. The firm describes itself as being on a “growth phase.”
Other than the online slot machine and casino company, BJL also
represents such luminaries of the business world as Bauer Radio
Group, kepak Convenience Foods, Lambrini, Morphy Richards, Regus,
and Typhoo.
The Will Hill slot machine casino has specifically hired two of
BJL’s brightest stars: Pete Bastiman and Tom Richards. The duo work
together doing creative copy and artwork, and have handled such
crucial accounts as British Midland, Cussons, Kelloggs, Nissan,
PlayStation, and Tennents. The firm did not release any other
details of the deal, and refused to answer questions, pending the
release of an official press statement.
William Hill is a perennial favorite with gamblers in the UK. It is
notable for its outstanding selection of slot games, the breadth of
which is sure to delight players of all ages, skill levels, and
preferences.
