If you have never been to a slot tournament, you should definitely try to find one near you! Slot machine competitions are great for fans of the one-armed bandits. Where do you find slot game tournaments? At casinos, of course! Slot tournaments are awesome for casino resorts, because they bring as many as thousands of players to their hotels, lounges, restaurants, and shows. Even if the top prize is big, you can bet that nobody is making as much money at these competitions as the casinos! You, of course, shouldn’t care about the business end of the deal when there’s fun to be had and money to win!

Because the basic idea of a fruit machine competition might sound a bit bizarre, we’ll explain. The tournament takes place in a sectioned-off area of the casino floor, with a group of designated slot games. Players are all given the same amount of coins and given a time period (usually twenty minutes) in which to play their coins and win as much money as possible! Speed counts, because the player who can manage the most spins has the best statistical chance of winning. Other than that, however, everything is about luck.
