Slot Review: Fish ‘n
Chips
We see a lot of online slot machine titles based
around fish. We’re not sure what’s so attractive about the concept
of life below the waves, but casino gaming companies tend to go
ga-ga over the concept, and, apparently, players enjoy it as well.
It was surprising in a pleasant way to play Fish ‘n Chips, a punter
from major casino software company Cryptologic. It’s a bit unusual
to find a sea-themed slot machine that really brings something new
and exciting to the table. We can honestly say that this game was
something a bit different from all the other fishy slots we’ve
played before!
Fish n’ Chips makes you feel like you are gazing through the
porthole of a submarine far below the water’s surface in a beautiful
tropical sea. Gaze at schools of exotic fish (like clown fish) as
bubbles float by dreamily and the reels spin. The whole slot game is
set on a soothing blue background, with the pay table hovering
translucently above the actual game. We really loved the design of
Fish ‘n Chips, and would rate it high among the many, many similar
titles we have played.
This is a three-reel, three-payline online slot. Coin values range
from one cent to five dollars, with up to three coins per bet. The
top jackpot of one thousand coins is itty-bitty, but that just means
that this game is likely to pay out often. Hold your breath, and
take a swim with these Fish ‘n Chips – you’re unlikely to regret it!
