Slot Review: Beach
Party
It’s pretty much official: fall is here! (In the
Northern Hemisphere, anyway.) Leaves are falling from the trees, the
cooler weather has set in, and the days of frolicking in the summer
sun are behind us. If you are longing for more halcyon days, you may
want to check out Beach Party. This game offers sun, sand, and cute
lifeguards… or, at least, a lame impression of all these things.
Beach Party is a pretty sub-par substitute for the real thing, but
it may appeal to you, regardless.
Beach Party is a three-reel, three-line online slot title from major
casino software provider Vegas Technology, a lesser-known company.
Coin values range from ten cents to ten dollars, with max coins of
three. The top jackpot is only two thousand coins, or twenty
thousand bucks – not much of an attraction for the serious gamblers.
Although there are three paylines, there is a caveat attached – the
top and bottom line will only hit with the combo of three beach
balls.
The icons on the reels are beach umbrellas, lifeguards, images of
the number seven, and the classic BAR symbol. Add in a background of
pixilated blue and tan, and you have an uninspired excuse for a
seaside theme. There are more than likely several online slots with
similar themes done better, with more-appealing jackpots and a wider
range of betting options. Unless you are a total notice to the world
of internet casinos or really don’t have high standards, this is
unlikely to place high on your “to play” list. There’s a free
practice mode if you really want to give it a spin.
