Slot Review: Break
Da Bank
We certainly would never endorse crime, but
there’s no doubt that the concept of cracking a safe carries a
certain glamour to it. We have long been anesthetized to the moral
and ethical pitfalls of robbery by the sexy and intriguing images of
jewel thieves by Hollywood movies. Dressed in figure-skimming black
clothes, gloves, and masks, these crooks deftly outmaneuver even the
sturdiest deadbolts in pursuit of life-changing amounts of coin and
treasure. The Break Da Bank online slot game from Microgaming
carries very little of that appeal, but it really can make you rich
at the same time.
This three-reel, five-payline internet slot machine immerses you
automatically in the atmosphere of wealth, with a background image
of an open vault and piles and piles of golden coins arrayed
everywhere. You can bet between one dollar and twenty-five dollars
per coin, with max coins of five. You cannot have a shot at the top
jackpot of twenty-four hundred coins without betting the maximum
amount of coins, so you will want to bet at least five dollars. That
may be a little dear for some, but not nearly as steep as the top
prize of sixty thousand dollars!
BAR symbols (single, double, and triple) share the reels of this
online slot game with dollar sign symbols and images of the Break da
Bank logo. This latter image is wild, and doubles the payout of any
combination it completes. Two symbols will quadruple your win
amount! The paylines on this game are clearly marked out, so you can
see what’s going on. Microgaming has since re-released this title,
in a game dubbed Break da Bank Again.
