Slot Review:
Klondike Fever
Klondike Fever was not the most fascinating online
slot title we’ve ever played, but we’ve certainly experienced worse!
While it is true that this game offers very little in the way of
gee-golly thrills, it certainly packs a punch (in the form of a
really appealing jackpot!). We don’t know how many hardcore fans of
nineteenth century Canadian history are running around out there,
but they may get a kick out of this fairly dry slot machine. For the
rest of us, we are going to have to make like the frontiersmen
hitching a wagon to the Yukon territory back in the 1890s as we
hunker down and pan for gold… a big jackpot, that is!
Klondike Fever is a five-reel, five-payline online slot game from
Vegas Technology. Coin values range from one cent all the way up to
ten dollars. Max coins is set at five, which means that the top bet
is fifty dollars. There is a hefty jackpot of ten thousand coins.
Multiplied by the highest coin value, that’s one hundred thousand
dollars!
Historically-appropriate icons of horseshoes, bison, pickaxes,
bullseyes, and bags of loot fill the reels. The layout of this
online slot machine, while not visually exciting, is quite pleasing
in its symmetry. There are no wild or scatter symbols in this slot
machine title, and also no bonus feature. We’ve certainly played
more boring and/or less entertaining titles solely on the basis of a
high jackpot, so we’d have to give this one our recommendation!
