Agreement Met with Companies

Elixir Gaming Technologies and AsianLogic have entered into an agreement that would serve the online slots and gambling community tremendously. The co-operation agreement would serve the gaming machine and server based gaming sector. They are going to work together to create marketing efforts, distribution agreements, game content and software, server based gaming experience and manufacturing and additional gaming technology.

Elixir Gaming is concentrating on putting the slot machines on a revenue share basis in Asia, and has already created a strong presence in Cambodia, Vietnam, the Philippines and other Asian markets. The slots that they already have functioning will continue to grow in numbers according to the company.

They have approximately 1,200 slots now, with participation of another 4,500 to come soon. With the addition of the leads from AsianLogic, they will be able to move into Macau with no problem.

Asian Logic is able to bring their online slots and peer-to-peer platforms to the table. They have more online slots options than many companies, and yet their land based casinos outnumber them. Both companies are excited by the joint venture as it will prove to be a great pairing for both of them.
