Slot Review:
Masquerade Ball
With New Year’s Eve right around
the corner, the time has never been more perfect for a Masquerade
Ball! This sort of party has all but fallen completely out of
fashion nowadays (along with balls altogether, actually), but the
premise is devastatingly romantic. You get yourself a fancy-dress
costume –or at least a mask- and show up to dance the night away. At
a predetermined time, which is cssically the stroke of midnight,
everyone removes their masks amidst gasps of surprise. This
Cryptologic slot game is a very busy, very exciting recreation of a
masque, and should entertain a wide range of online slots fans!
Masquerade Ball is a five-reel,
twenty-payline online slots game. Coin values range from one cent to
five dollars, with max coins of twenty. The top jackpot is
twenty-five thousand coins, which makes the highest prize an
outrageous one hundred twenty-five thousand coins!
This game is very romantic, all
done up in reds and purples. Above the game and below are festooned
garlands of material adorned with domino masks (the kind that cover
only half of one’s face) and flowers. On the reels are dancing
couples, a mysterious masked woman, red roses, champagne, jewelry,
and pianos. Beautiful music is very appropriate to the theme, which
is conveyed ideally by the pictures and sounds in the slot game. The
jester is wild, and the crackers (noisemaker party favors) are
scatter symbols. There is a bonus game in which a diamond ring is
hidden under a mask, and you must pick the correct one to uncover
the ring and win a bonus prize!
