Slot Review: Dolphin King

Dolphin King is one of seven Rapid Fire online slot games by Cryptologic, and one of two ocean-themed titles within that category. We want to be frank with you from the get-go: you probably won’t be playing this game for its stunning good looks, or for the unbelievable thrills of the playing experience. Dolphin King is not a flashy, slot with a high entertainment value. With that said, it IS a slot on which you can make a lot of money. We consider that a fair trade-off in the grand scheme of things, and hopefully, you will too!

Dolphin King is a five-reel, nine-payline online slot game. Coin values range from five cents to five dollars, with max coins of nine (a forty-five dollar top bet). The self-contained, static jackpot is ten thousand coins, or fifty thousand dollars on a maxed-out bet. The real appeal here, however, is the Rapid Fire Jackpot, which is shared between seven games. It starts at five hundred dollars, climbs quickly, and hits very often, at an average of just under eight hundred dollars. Best of all, it can be hit on ANY SPIN… regardless of whether it is a winning combination or not!

Various deep sea creatures hang out on the reels of this online slot, along with letter and number symbols that are used as fillers. The dolphin king himself is the wild symbol, and can fill in for any other symbol on the reels in a winning combination. The pearl is a scatter symbol. If you have at least two anywhere on the reels, you win a prize. There is also a free spin feature that awards you ten spins for finding the dolphin king symbol in a certain position on the reels, during which all winnings are doubled!
