Slot Review:
Princess Jewels
It was our initial gut instinct
to say that Princess Jewels was one of the stupidest online slot
titles that we have ever played… and that’s really saying something.
On one hand, the development staff at Vegas Technology seems to
think that all female players are trapped in the My Little Pony and
Barbie stage of their development, and will obviously be enchanted
by a slot machine that looks like a Bedazzler exploded all over it.
On the other hand, this game has a one hundred thousand dollar
maximum jackpot. Why exactly are some of the lamest online slots the
ones that are worth the most money? One of these days, we swear that
we will solve this conundrum.
Princess Jewels is a five-reel,
nine-payline online slot machine. It is covered in pink, purple, and
blue gemstones. If that sounds patently silly to you, please be
assured that it is. If you can get past that, however, there is good
money to be won here. If you can check your self-respect at the
door, this could really be worth your while. Coin values range from
one cent to ten dollars, with max coins of nine. There is a ten
thousand coin jackpot. You have to bet the max coins (although not
the highest coin value) to be eligible for the big prize.
The gemstones on the sparkly
blue reels glimmer and light up when you make a winning combination.
Yes, just like a toy made for little girls. There are also icons of
a princess and a fairy godmother. There is also a bonus game in
which you spin a wheel made up of even more glittering princess
jewels in order to line up those of a similar type, while tinkly
music plays.
