Slot Review:
Elementals
It may come as a surprise to Microgaming, but not
everything goes with fruit! This exemplary online software
development firm is one of out favorite slot game manufacturers,
with a reputation for consistent quality. Microgaming has turned out
some totally incredible online slots, but Elementals probably isn’t
going down in history as one of their benchmarks. Look, we give
credit to those game creators who doesn’t settle for filling the
reels with letters and numbers to take up space. Images of fruit are
a throwback to the “fruit machines” of yore, which gave us the
iconic cherry, melon, grape, etc. symbols that are a hallmark of
slot machine play today. With that said, we’re not sure that there
is any connection whatsoever between the four elements – fire,
water, earth, and air – and fruit. The combination is kind of
bizarre, actually!
Elementals is a five-reel, twenty-payline game.
Coin values range from two cents to fifty cents, with max coins of
two hundred. The non-progressive jackpot is five thousand coins, or
twenty-five hundred dollars. It’s a tiny top prize, but one that
guarantees that the game plays out often.
On the reels of this online slot, you will see
cartoon versions of the four elements, depicted in the style of
superhero-type entities. You will also see fruit emitting some sort
of blue energy. This online slot machine title features wilds,
scatters, free spins, and a “red or black” bonus game. Elementals
isn’t a terrible way to spend some time, but it’s not an
earth-shaker, either.
